Designated EU operates as an independent online retailer specializing in pre-owned and second-hand fashion items.

These Terms apply to all contracts concluded between designated and consumers via the Website. A consumer is any individual acting for purposes unrelated to trade, business, or profession.

Sales to business entities may be accepted only by prior agreement.

Most of products offered on the Website are used / pre-owned items. We carefully inspect, authenticate, and describe every product to ensure accuracy and transparency. Each item is unique and sold as-is. Signs of previous use may be visible and are not considered defects. Product descriptions, photos, and sizing information are provided as accurately as possible, but minor variations may occur.

5. Prices and Currency

All prices are displayed in Euro (€) by default and include applicable VAT (where required by law). International customers are responsible for: currency conversion fees, customs duties, import taxes or local charges applicable in their country. We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is confirmed.

Add desired items to your shopping cart. Proceed to checkout and fill in your shipping and billing information. Review your order and accept these Terms. Complete payment using one of the available methods.
6.2. Contract Formation
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed when you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order in the event of: payment failure,suspicion of fraud,product unavailability.

9.2. Exclusions
This right does not apply if: the product was custom-altered or personalized,the item’s condition has significantly changed after delivery,hygiene-sensitive goods were used (e.g., underwear, swimwear).
9.3. Return Procedure
To initiate a return, contact us at designatedeu@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.You must ship the returned goods to the provided address within another 14 days. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
9.4. RefundsRefunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned items, using the same payment method as the original transaction.

10. Complaints and Defective Goods

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or misdescribed item, please contact designatedeu.com within 7 days of receipt. We will offer one of the following remedies:exchange or replacement (if available), orfull refund including return shipping costs. We are not liable for minor imperfections consistent with the nature of used products.

All Website content — including logos, product photos, descriptions, design elements, and trademarks — is the intellectual property of designated or its licensors.You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the Website without prior written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, designated is not liable for: indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,delays caused by external couriers or customs, color discrepancies due to monitor settings, normal signs of wear inherent to second-hand goods. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order in question.

14. Promotions and Discounts

Occasionally, we may run special offers or promotional campaigns.Each promotion will have separate rules or conditions, which must be accepted before participation. Discount codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

We are not responsible for delays or failures resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, strikes, or technical failures.
