1. Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and with original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package which you will use to purchase the shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
2. Data ControllerDamages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
3. Seller’s Liability and Warranty for Defective Products
The basis and scope of the Seller’s liability towards the Customer in the event that the sold Product has a physical or legal defect (warranty) are defined by generally applicable laws, in particular the Civil Code (including Articles 556-576 of the Civil Code). The Seller is obliged to deliver a Product free from defects. Detailed information regarding the Seller’s liability for Product defects and the Customer’s rights are specified on the Online Store’s website in the section related to complaints.
A complaint may be submitted by the Customer, for example:In writing to the following address: designatedeu@gmail.comIt is recommended that the Customer includes the following information in the complaint description:
(1) details and circumstances regarding the subject of the complaint, in particular, the type and date of the defect occurrence;
(2) a request for bringing the Product into conformity with the Sales Agreement or a statement regarding a price reduction or withdrawal from the Sales Agreement;
(3) the contact details of the complainant – this will facilitate and expedite the Seller’s complaint handling process.The requirements specified above are only recommendations and do not affect the effectiveness of complaints submitted without the suggested description.
In the case of Products described as used, the Seller is obliged to deliver the Product in accordance with the description and photos provided on the Online Store’s website, in particular, a Product free from defects other than those indicated in the Product description, about which the Customer was informed before making a purchase.For Products marked as used on the Online Store’s website, where a detailed description of the Product, including its defects, is provided, the Seller is exempt from liability under warranty if the Buyer was aware of the defect at the time of concluding the contract, in accordance with Article 557 § 1 of the Civil Code. For Products marked as used on the Online Store’s website, the Seller’s liability is limited to a period of one year from the date the item was handed over to the Buyer, in accordance with Article 568 § 1 of the Civil Code.
The Seller will respond to the Customer’s complaint promptly, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date of its submission. If the Customer, who is a consumer, has requested a replacement of the item, removal of the defect, or submitted a statement about a price reduction specifying the amount by which the price should be reduced, and the Seller has not responded to this request within 14 calendar days, the request is considered justified. In accordance with Article 558 § 1 of the Civil Code, the Seller’s liability under the warranty for the Product towards a Customer who is not a consumer is excluded.
European Union 14 day cooling off periodNotwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase.
4. Liability Disclaimer
Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Any claims for damages or missing shipments must be filed directly with the carrier. Customers are fully responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase. We are not liable for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
5. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
